Pricing FAQ
Who is an “office user” and who has a “shop-floor account”?
Office users are administrators and managers — they run orders, purchasing and invoices. Shop-floor accounts are for employees who do tasks, confirm actions and send photo proofs.
Are e-Faktura and eOtpremnica included?
Yes, in every plan. SUPA sends invoices to SEF and registers eOtpremnica with your key, with no per-document fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated.
Is there a commitment?
Monthly billing has none. Yearly billing is paid in advance and gives you two months free.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with a call to learn your process. Then we set up the company, roles and task templates, import your data and train the team. Most companies run on SUPA within two weeks.
